Are you planning a visit to research for a story?  Well, you’ve come to the right spot!

We coordinate press trips for qualified media producing editorial coverage of our area.  Hosting assistance is available to staff writers and editors, freelance travel on assignment and TV and media influencers.  Depending on the nature of your assignment, we can assist with securing accommodations, building customized itineraries, arranging interviews, setting up site visits and more.

Please note that hosting arrangements are provided at the discretion of Livermore Valley Wine Country member and partner businesses, and are subject to the availability and interest of each facility.  Black-out periods exist and may necessitate a press rate, especially for hotel accommodations.

Due to high demand, requests for press trip assistance must be received at least one month prior to your arrival date.  Please complete the form below as thoroughly as possible and expect to hear back from us within two business days.  If you do not have the required information, please enter N/A.
