Livermore Valley’s ideal soils and unique climate allows us to grow virtually every international variety from Pinot Noir to Zinfandel, but which varietals grow better here than anywhere else?
Winemakers Brent Amos, Julian Halasz, Steven and Beth Mirrasou will lead a lively discussion on innovative fermentation techniques and the importance of varietals and clone selection. This is a rare opportunity to taste the future of Livermore wine with a carefully curated selection of 20 wines focused on up and coming aromatic whites/rosés, Cab Franc and new clones of several old favorites.
Six wines will be presented by the winemakers in a sit down, conducted tasting and fourteen wines will be available for sampling along with an amazing cheese & charcuterie spread crafted by The Cheese Parlor’s, Brandon Wood.
