The hills are green just in time for celebrating St. Patrick’s Day here in Livermore Valley Wine Country. If Guinness and Irish Whiskey are not your cup of tea, our wineries have you covered with delicious wine and fun events!

Charles R Vineyards

Sunday, March 17th, 12 – 4:30pm

Come celebrate with Charles R’s Irish Bonnie lass! Dress in Green and be eligible to enter the hourly drawing to sip the 2006 Tawny Port. The tasting room will be alive and festive with Irish rhymes, limericks and jokes, and if you have the luck o’ the Irish, find the hidden shamrock to enter a drawing for a bottle of their Gold Medal Winning Port.

$10 tasting fee, refunded with purchase, Club Members free.

Fenestra Winery

Sunday, March 17th, 12 – 5pm

Celebrate St. Patrick’s Day at Fenestra Winery! Whiskey and Pig Tails will be rocking the lawn and Quesquared BBQ will be serving up delicious BBQ to satisfy your hunger pains! There is no better way to enjoy a Sunday than enjoying fantastic wine, listening to great music and eating yummy foods.

 $15.00 Tasting Fee. Free to members of our wine club.

Las Positas Vineyards

Sunday, March 17th, 11:30am – 4:30pm

Come celebrate St. Patty’s day and enjoy Las Positas’ Green Sparking Wine and Chocolate Truffle & Wine paring flight. They will also be offering a special Cabernet Sauvignon & Rose half-case special.

McGrail Vineyards and Winery

Sunday, March 17th, 12 – 4:30pm

Join McGrail Vineyards in celebrating their Irish roots on Sunday, March 17th, 12-4:30PM. Enjoy fun live music by Loren Olk from 1-4PM and delicious BBQ from Smokin’ Hot Meats and Treats. Slainte!

Rios-Lovell Estate Winery

Saturday, March 16th, 1 – 4pm

Rios-Lovell will have corned beef, cabbage and red potatos, and a mustard taste-off, which is an old family tradition. The March wine specials are Champagne and Pinot Grigio at 50% off!

$10 per club member and their guests, $20 per person for non-members
